Philip
Wood, the motor man. Phil is 42
years old with a beautiful wife Rachel and 4 loving children, Charlene,
Phil Jr. "Chipper", Bridget and Jared. Phil & Rachel are owners
of HomeTown Propane here in Fairbanks, Alaska specializing in all aspects
of the propane industry. Phil has been around racing all of his life
and a very proven competitor himself winning the Greater Fairbanks Racing
Association Sportsman's Division and the Miller Alaskan State Shoot-out
Sportsman's Division Championships in 1990.
Phil has also raced snow machines both oval and cross country events, having
much success there as well, Phil is a loyal Polaris man. I have personally
enjoyed many laps of door to door action with Phil through the years.
However Phil's real enjoyment is making them run, he has been involved
in our program since the start in 1988. He is a huge asset to our
organization and a true friend. Phil has already been aggressively
preparing his department for the 1999 season. |

Jason
"Kinser" Bielinski, as we call him, his preference is "Ski". Jason
is 29 years old with a beautiful daughter Cierra.
Coming from Minnesota originally, with some time in the US Air Force. Jason saw us run a couple
of times in 1996 and got the bug in a big way. Jason came to the
team in 1997 and provided countless hours of work and a whole lot of
humor. In the beginning Jason didn't have a clue but he progressed
very quickly, he'll admit "I didn't have a clue about what I was getting
into" but he loved every minute of the program. Needless to say Ski
got quite an education in Sprint Cars and Dirt Tracking in one very short
and fast year. Not only was Jason a valued asset at the shop &
the track he was instrumental in securing several of our sponsoring partners.
Ski also insured the car made all of our commitments throughout the year.
Jason has also embarked on a new career as a Loan Officer with Residential Mortgage, he looks
forward to a successful venture. He has been a huge asset to the organization
and we look forward to another successful year with Jason "Ski", on board. Coming from Minnesota,
snow machines are a natural, Ski's preference is Arctic Cats. Getting his first real tast
of what snow machining in Alaska is all about just this past winter. Needless to say he is
hooked in what we call the "Real Hills", Alaskan style. But winter is over and he
is extremely eager for 1999 to commence. |
